Selling a home as divorcing homeowners is a unique and sensitive process that requires careful handling to navigate both the emotional and financial complexities involved. Unlike typical real estate transactions, this situation demands a balanced and impartial approach to ensure that both parties' interests are fairly represented and protected.

After working with many clients in divorce-related cases and experiencing my own divorce, I realized there was more I could do to help. This realization led me to earn the Real Estate Collaboration Specialist-DivorceTM (RCS-D) designation in 2020, a specialized training program taught by Professor Kelly Murray, J.D., who holds degrees from Stanford and Harvard Law School. This designation equips me to assist with document gathering and provide house due diligence support, helping divorcing homeowners make informed decisions during family mediation.

With a background in healthcare, sales, and business, I bring a well-rounded understanding of the legal, financial, mental health, and real estate implications involved in the divorce process. As an RCS-D, I serve as a neutral partner, adhering to the highest ethical standards to provide a balanced and supportive approach throughout every step of the process.
